Diet for IBS
Many people go on a diet for IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). IBS is a functional bowel disorder, where people get abdominal pain (can be severe) and changes in bowel habits. This is a common syndrome and can stop people from being involved in sporting activities and social events, and causes many work absences. It is painful, embarrassing and very uncomfortable.
