Why take Nutrition Supplements?

I believe there are lots of reasons why people should take Nutrition Supplements these days.  I think it's better to prevent sickness, rather than try to "cure" it once the symptoms exist.  It makes more sense to me, to keep healthy and have time to do all the things you love doing, and to feel good too.

For example, my husband John, is a singer, and you know how difficult it is to talk when you have a cold, let alone sing!  So, he takes a nutrition supplement to help prevent colds and flu, then he doesn't miss out on gigs that he's been looking forward to.

Both of us are scuba divers, and the thing that scuba divers dread the most is getting a cold. Once you have a cold, it's really dangerous to go diving, because of the danger of bursting your ear drums in the pressure of deep water.

A good quality nutritional supplement, especially one with mangosteen juice, can assist with other things also.
